i would definitely recommend Party Karactes for any kids event. I hired Nicole for my son's circus themed birthday party. She came as a fun and colorful clown. Not scary or creepy at all! And she really talented in face painting and balloon twisting.
All the kids really seemed to like her and she went to extra mile to make sure they all got there face painted and a balloon of their choice.
